Mary, Mother of Mercy Church

The construction of a new 600 seat Mary, Mother of Mercy Church is well advanced on the site of the Parish owned Marymount Schools. You are invited to help finance the completion of the furnishing and supply of the many sacred items that complete the wonderful building as a worthy place of worship. Items still to be completely funded are the 50 pews, the organ, the 14 Stations of the Cross, Altar furnishings, the Audio-Visual system, furnishing of the Blessed Sacrament Chapel and the Reconciliation rooms among others. The Project also includes the fitting out of the Parish Offices and the Community hall (seating 150 people).

Donations, small or large, are gratefully received. Donations will be acknowledged and receipted.

Parish Ossu Mission - East Timor

The Burleigh Parish Social Justice committee have worked hard to support the mission to support the building of a new St. Teresinha School in East Timor as well as supporting the local church and community. This Parish mission is not only creating a wonderful and long overdue education facility, it is creating jobs for local Ossu workers and surrounding businesses - so helping the whole community. Work on the school building is expected to be completed by December - so funds are needed right now.

St Vincent de Paul Society - Community Support

The Parish St. Vincent de Paul Society conferences support over 60 families weekly and many more individuals in need. Your donations can provide the vital support that these families and individuals cry out for.

Planned Giving

The annual parish planned giving program is essential to fund the vaste annual operation of our five parish church communities including the new Church, Parish Office and Community Hall project expected to be completed by January 2017. One off or regular contributions are gratefully accepted.
