Mary, Mother of Mercy Church - Burleigh Waters
The Official consecration and blessing of the Mary, Mother of Mercy Church occurred for Friday 10 March 2017 at 6pm.
The Church is the focal structure of the updated Burleigh Waters precinct of the Burleigh Heads Catholic Parish located on the same site as the Marymount Primary School and College.
The precinct includes the Parish Offices and meeting rooms, built under the eastern end of the Church.
Behind the offices is a 660 niche Columbarium (for deceased persons ashes) centrally located beneath the sanctuary of the Church.
A separate building to the church is a 100 seat Community Centre above a St. Vincent de Paul distribution centre.
A car park of 145 spaces services Church, Community Centre, Marymount Schools and the Parish's Outside School Hours Care Centre.
