Our parish has organised groups that seek to meet the unique needs of the community that we serve.

Contemplative Women's Group
"Deepening the Journey"
Connecting women of Burleigh Heads Catholic Parish, and beyond, for spirituality and formation, deepening the journey with women o f faith.
Intergenerational friendships and encouragement through monthly informal contemplative gatherings.
Each month, sinking into the feminine divine, deepening the charism and continuing presence of women of scripture, the Church, the world...
Prayer, reflection, contemplative practices... sharing stories, her story, and our story...
1:30 - 3:30 every 4th Saturday in Mary Mother of Mercy Church, with a simple afternoon tea supplied.
Come, join us as we follow in the footsteps of Women in Faith with women of faith.

Chinese Community
The Chinese community is active in our Burleigh Parish. They hold regular events in the Parish, they are advertised on our Facebook and Website.
Filipino Community
The Burleigh Parish has a large Filipino community through out all 5 of our churches. All events are advertised on our Facebook and website.
Brazilian Community
Burleigh Parish has a strong Brazilian Community that have regular Mass together in Calvary Church in Miami.

Neocatechumenal Way
Neocatechumenal Way which has been enriching the lives of many for the last 50 years and was described by St John Paul II as ‘an itinerary of Catholic formation valid for our society and our times’. May the Virgin Mary who inspired this Way intercede for us, that humility, simplicity and praise may appear among us.

Marymount Parish Playgroup
Marymount Parish Playgroup is held every Thursday (term time) 8:45 - 11am.
All Parents and children aged 0-5 yrs are invited to attend.
The children can enjoy toys, new friends, crafts and music.
While the parents can enjoy a cup of tea and each others company.
In the Mary Mother of Mercy Community Centre, 3 Sunlight Drive.
$2 Donation.

Grow Support Group
GROW is a community-based organisation that has helped thousands of Australians with their recovery from mental ill-health through a unique FREE program of mutual support and personal development, GROW meets in the Mary, Mother of Mercy Community Centre each Wednesday night from 6:30 - 8:30 pm.
No need to book, feel free to come one night and see what GROW is about.
