Volunteering
Our Parish has volunteering opportunities to empower our parishioners to actively serve as the living hands and feet of Christ to the community.
Within our Parish we have many ways and opportunities to volunteer. Please email bu******@bn*.au with what you would like to help out within the Parish or to organise a time to speak with one of our staff about different volunteering opportunities. Across our 5 Churches we have many positions that need help and support - many hands make light work! Positions like Communion to the sick, mass technology, sacramental coordinators, mass coordinators, musicians and singers, cleaners, readers plus many other areas!
If you are new to the Parish please contact the Parish office to organise a time to meet with the Parish Priest so you can discuss your unique strengths and ways you could volunteer within our Parish.
Volunteer Portal
The Archdiocese offers numerous opportunities for individuals to participate in the growing opportunity and need for the involvement of the lay people in the life of the local church.
The volunteer opportunities range from memberships on councils, working groups and planning committees or joining care and concern groups or liturgy and music groups at your local parish.
If you would like to register your interest for volunteer positions on Archdiocesan councils and commissions, please see the Volunteer Register website.
